Development

Sourcing
Your contact at OPERTEX is responsible for ordering materials and supplies from your suppliers, if you have not already provided them to us. As soon as an order is placed, a follow-up of the materials/supplies is set up to ensure that the production schedule is respected. Once the goods are received, they are checked to ensure the quantity and quality of the goods received.
Production
The manufacturing phase follows the development and development of a prototype. The production schedule is planned once you have seen in detail all the technical elements related to your product and validated all the information with our teams. Manufacturing starts on the production lines when all raw materials and supplies have been received in our premises. The workshop managers in charge of your order are present to respect your conditions of realization, guarantee the progress of your production in the production lines, ensure quality, to ensure that production deadlines are respected, which are mutually binding, and that safety rules are respected, supported by a team of skilled workers. A maintenance manager is also on site on a daily basis to ensure the proper functioning of the chains and the productivity of the workshop.
